Refund & Return Policy
At CareSwipe, we deal in hygiene-related disposable products such as tissue paper, tableware, cutlery, and food packaging items. Due to the nature of these products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.
We accept returns only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must inform us within 3 days of delivery with proper proof such as images or videos of the product.
Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Used or opened items will not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Once the return request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
